Zero Gravity cater for all ages and abilities, and the bespoke and intimate nature of their sessions means that all exercises can be tailored to help you progress at your own pace, even if you are recovering from an injury or are pre or post-natal. Classes are done in either bare feet or socks based on personal preference, so all you need to do is turn up in your exercise clothing and join in the fun.
